This is your laid-out path to explore the three pillars on your own time, provided through a rich library of lessons, curated readings, and creative art journal exercises. The Playbook gives you the deep-dive workshops and workbooks needed to set a clear, sustainable foundation for your self-care practice.

What exactly is the Art and Heart Club?

The Art and Heart Club is a heart-centered community and digital library I created for women who want to make self-care a creative way of life. When you join, you get immediate access to my signature Art and Heart Playbook, which includes all of my lessons, workshops, readings, and art journal exercises.

How does the "Lifetime Pass" work?

I believe self-care shouldn't come with a monthly "to-do" list or a recurring bill. The Club operates on a one-time investment model. Once you join, you have Lifetime Access to the current library and all future updates. You pay once, and the resources are yours to return to whenever you need them.

What is the "Founders Price"?

The Founders Price is a special, one-time rate reserved for those who join me during this initial opening. It is my way of thanking those who help me seed this community from the beginning.

Please note that the price of lifetime access will go up as the value increases over time and as I add new content. It is wise to lock down the price as soon as possible to get the best possible deal. Your self-care is worth investing in, and this ensures you have a permanent seat at the table for the lowest investment possible.

I’m not an "artist"—is this for me?

I believe that every person is an artist, born with a unique gift of expression in some form or another. You don’t need to "become" an artist; you simply need the space to remember that you already are one. If you feel lost or disconnected from that part of yourself, I provide the permission and the tools within the Playbook to help you figure out what your specific talent is. Whether you use a paintbrush, a pen, or the way you curate your home—this space is for you to discover your own unique art.

Is there a schedule I have to follow?

Not at all. I designed the Club to respect the pace of your unique journey. You can move through the workshops in a weekend or explore one module over the course of a year. The shared journey of reflection happens within the community at all times, so you can jump in whenever your schedule allows.

What do I need to get started?

All you need is your favorite journal, a few basic art supplies, and an open heart. I’ve taken care of the structure. Your only job is to prioritize your well-being and show up as you are.

Hey, I'm Janice

Janice is the artist and founder of Hamletta Studios and the creator of the Art and Heart Club. After years of silencing her own instincts to meet the world's expectations, Janice reached a life-changing realization: True self-care is simply being authentic to yourself—honoring your own desires and following your heart. She believes that everyone is a creative, and by using that creativity, you engage in the ultimate act of self-care: expressing your authenticity. Now, Janice guides women to silence the noise and rediscover the healing power of play as a way of life. She believes that when you give yourself permission to play and create, you are finally honoring who you are and moving through the world on your own terms.
